Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
misdeamors
In 1992, I plead no contest to ''driving with out of state tags and license in Fl. I was fined 50.00 and given a misdeamor criminal record. Does this stay around forever and do i have to put it on a job application?

If you received a "withhold of adjudication," which is probable if you didn't have any prior record, you may lawfully exclude it from your job application. If you were adjudicated guilty, you have to list it if the application asks for that type of thing.
