Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have a misdemeanor by the charge of petit theft 6 years ago. I try to have this sealed but the court found me: adjudges you guilty. Is there something I can do to take this away from my records.

The only thing you could potentially do is try to withdraw your plea. However, that could only be done if the plea was improper in the first place. Even if you do withdraw your plea, that means you start from scratch and the bond can be reinstated as well as force you to go to trial. You may want to talk to an attorney if any of the options seem viable.
