misdemeanor charges with felony case #

6 officers came to my residence at 2 am saying that they were responding to a 911 call for possible bulgary myself along with three others were asked to stand outside i told the an officer that i lived here and no one had been trying to break in the officer was becoming upset saying this was a waste of time i told the officer where my id was and then stopped answering questions while he was yelling in my face i was thrown on the ground and put in handcuffs i asked the officer what i was qoing to jail for and was told he would think of something by the time we got there as i stated before there were 3 others that witnessed what was said and that in no way did i resist arrest i was never told i was being arrested my charges ended up being resisting officer wo violence and interfering with leo wo violence i was released on recognizance but found out that i have a felony judge and case # for 2 misdemeanor charges i just need some advice on what i should do the cheapest lawyer i have found is $ 1700 i am in school fultime and work fultime so i just need to make sure i need this lawyer before i pay that much money.

I practice in Dade, but, regardless, $1700 is cheap for your case. I know it is a lot of money, but trust me when I say you are getting a good deal for your representation.
