Misdemeanor Drug Charge options
What would the difference be between these two options for misdemeanors, Count 1: possession of cannabis and Count 2 possession of drug paraphernalia)...
Option 1: Change of Plea to No Contest in exchange for a withheld adjudication
Option 2: Transfer case to drug court and case will be dropped after successfully completing all drug court requirements.

Obviously drug court is thebetter option. Dont you want your charges dropped?
