I noticed that I have a misdemeanor for utter worthless check in florida. I didn't do this crime. The misdemeanor was filed in 1/2006. How can I get this resolved?

Re: misdemeanor
A lawyer here in Florida can probably do that for you. If you drop me an email with more information I can tell you more.

Re: misdemeanor
That means you allegedly bounced a check. Did you not appear in court to dispute the charges? You will need to hire a lawyer in Florida in the city/county where you were convicted to try to have it straightened out.
