does a misdeminer posesion of marig\juani count against the frlorida reaffender act. i got out prision a year ago and was just aressded for a misdeminor marjuania charge

I believe you're referring to the Prison Releasee Reoffender sentencing enhancement, which does not apply to a misdemeanor marijuana offense. That being said, there's nothing that would prevent the possibility that you could receive a sentence of 51 weeks in jail on that charge due to your criminal history.
