Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i missed a court date on a mistrmeanor because i was under a baker act i faxed paper work from the hospital to the public defenders office and called numerous times but recieved no answer what do i do?

Continue to contact the public defender to find out the status. It is likely that they covered you for the hearing but you need to talk to someone there to be sure and to make sure you don't have a warrant.
