Missing pot plants
What happens when the cops take an inventory of evidence , and it is differnet on the arrest affidavit.

Ummm...if the police took some pot plants for themselves and you are being charges with less plants than wouldn't that work in your favor? What are you going to do? Admit you had more plants than the police ultimately put on an inventory sheet???

It depends. If there is a serious error, I am sure an internal investigation will be launched. Don't worry, I am sorry to say but the plants will never be returned anyway. They will all get destroyed.
