Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
mistrial
as a broker i was accused of possession of trade secrets.my case in court ended in a mistrial in a dead lock jury 7-5 in my favor.getting any info out of my lawyer is like pulling teeth.we waved our right to a speedy trial.1)how long do they have to make a decision to retry me.2)how offen is a case with these results brought back to court.the problem is i am out of work as a broker till it is resolved.
