mitigate
what is the time frame for a person that has been sentence and wants to file a motion to mitigate the sentence it was given to him.

Under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800 you only have 30 days after sentencing to correct an incorrect or illegal sentence or 60 days after sentencing to move to modify a sentence.
After that your sentence is final and can not be attacked except under very exceptional circumstances.
