Modifying Probation

I'm on probation and I'm trying to find out how to keep my employer from being notified of it, as I would probably lose my job.Can I do this myself?

You must get the Court to order that your probation office not contact your employer. In order to do this you will likely need to get an attorney to set a hearing.

You may be able to do it yourself, but you will need to find out from the judge.
