Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My mom has paraphernalia against me. I have court ordered community service so I am technically still in the court system. The paraphernalia consists of a Xanax bar, klonopin pill for anxiety and a glass smoking bowl for weed. She is blackmailing me with this and has been for over a month. What can I charge her with and how much legal danger am I really in if these items are turned in ?
