Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I don't have any money to pay my probation, what can i do, i don't want to be violated

Talk to your probation officer and see what they are willing to do to waive the fees. You can't be violated if you don't have money. But therein lies the problem who determines how little or how much money you have. Are you working? Do you have any assets you can sell? Have you offered to do community service? The judge is going to want to know your true ability to pay. Certainly if you're homeless, they won't violate you but that is why you need to answer some of the questions I just asked. Good luck.
