Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If my mother is using a conflict attorney (PD) how can I obtain power over attorney papers to learn more about her case?

Your mother doesn't need a power of attorney, she just needs to hand you copies. However, it is always best to keep this information confidential between herself and her attorney, and by giving it to you it breaks attorney client privilege which is probably why the attorney is reluctant to hand it over and can't without your mother's permission.
