Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My mother faked a drug test that dcf gave her. She admitted it to me because she thought it was funny. I know exactly how she did it. She went next door got clean pee, put it in a small enough bottle, put tin foil over the top with a rubber band and shoved it. All she had to do is reach up and poke a hole with her nail. Can she be arrested for doing that? She cant just get away with it can she?

It is probably unlawful. Why was she having to submit a urine sample to DCF in the first place? By the very least, DCF would not look kindly to it and so there would be consequences, but without knowing why she was being tested it is impossible to know what the outcome would be. I'm sure she didn't do it just to be funny.
