Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My mother is in hospice care I was feeling bad ,and entered her house with her key, and stayed the night there. Someone filed a police report . but I did not take anything or do anything wrong have I broken and entered her house. or am i okay?

If you mother gave you permission, or implicit permission, then it would be ok to stay there. You should talk to an attorney if the police filed a report against you.
