Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My mothers home was broken in to while away for over a month. Me, my husband and some other family members have been keeping an eye on the place for her. My husband and I also lived in the home up until 2 months ago. With us cleaning and having lived there both of our finger prints are in the house and on the property. He has a felony record and my mom said he will get the blame. Is this true?

Yes it is possible but they need more than just fingerprints. I'm sure if your husband has an alibi or proof of being someplace else then he shouldn't worry. However, don't just give a statement without talking to a lawyer because these are the type of cases where the innocent get charged merely because of their past and legal help would be beneficial.
