Motion for banishment

My husband is being extradited to Florida for a violation of probation due to the fact he was not making his monthly monetary payments. He is unemployed and is currently seeking total disability. Someone told us to file a motion for banishment due to disability. Is there such a thing? If so how do I go about doing this?

I am unaware of a procedure for a "banishment". However, a motion to abate or to reduce the fine/costs to a judgment may accomplish your goal(s).
