Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Can a motion for a 3.850 be closed without a finally decision from the judge that witnessed the evidentiary hearing? Proof with even the (original prosecuting attorney to state that this was a wrongful conviction on record) as well with forensic expert testimony; new evidence of underage cohered confession from a minor without legal representation (shown originals were edited and re-vised by audio/visional expert as well) without making notations in the court docket? Its been over two years

The judge has to make a ruling. Sometimes it can take years. That said, you may want to get an attorney to try and move things along.
