motion for dismissal failure to file
my son arrested dec 1-08 he was juvenile he was charged wit posse of marij over 20 grm/posse of marij wit intent to sell or distrib he spent 21 days in juven & was released from my understanding the state has 90 days to file formal charges as an juve or adult on april 29 he was pickd up on a bench warrant charges were filed on april 14-09 I want to know how accurate i am

I believe the State can file anytime within the Statute of Limitations which is several years.
