motion to file to convert probation sentence to prison sentence
What motion would i have to file with the court to get someone that was sentenced to probation but never released from county, then sentenced to prison on a charge that was unrelated to the probation sentence back into court to revamp the probation sentence to prison time to run with the current prison sentence so there will be no probation after release from state, the probation was the same length as the prison sentence, but the probation sentence was 1 month prior to the prison sentence.
