Motion for a petition of protection
A florida court emitted an order of protection in favor of a woman against her husband for punshing her, how can he anull, terminate or finish that order, being that none of the parties live in florida anymore.

I would need to know more facts before giving a specific legal opinion. Nevertheless, I can offer the following. If this is a domestic violence injunction, you should read all the provisions. Our statutes allow for the filing of a Motion To Modify the Inj. You should obtain legal counsel to handle something like this. The opp. party will need to be seved copies. A hearing would be held, unless the other party is in agreement. If that's the case, the Court would most likely go along with your request.
