Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My ex moved to colorado and left his belonging and a dog we got together in my care here in florida i was suppose to move up there with him but after continus fighting decided against it he is now saying he will press theft charges on me unless i pay to send all of his belonging including his dog to him is this possible or is it his responsibility to get his property
