Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I moved to Florida 2 years ago, my employer in Florida was not making my child support regulary and the court in Indiana set a court date that I missed due to not having the money to travel back to Indiana. Since then the company i worked for closed I was still making my child support payments and then I had a heart attack and lost my job while I was still in the hospital. The court in Indiana has issued a bench warrant for my arrest. How do I take care of this from Florida? so I'm not arrested

You need to talk to an Indiana attorney about the warrant. Only they can take care of it.
