Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
We moved here from Ohio, we have a car from a buy here pay here place. We need to get Florida tags. Can they stop us from getting tags and registration and/or file charges for grand theft?

Perhaps. If you paid there, you should have a title in your name. If you did not pay, you stole the car. Any lawsuit on the matter would likely need to be brought it OH.
