Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Multiple Charges
One year ago I was charged with Aggrevated Assault (F3) and Misdemenor Battery (M1) and two months after that, unfortunately, I was charged with a DUI. I have a well respected attorney in Orlando, Fl. and I am currently undergoing a pre-trial diversion program for the F3 and M1 and all is going well. However, the DUI is probably going to trial soon, what can I expect from this? Joerg Jaeger is a great trial attorney, will a good attorney go to trial without a case? Thank you.

NOTE: This communication is not intended as and should not be interpreted as legal advice. Rather, it is intended solely as a general discussion of legal principles. You should not rely on or take action based on this communication without first presenting ALL relevant details to a competent attorney in your jurisdiction and then receiving the attorney's individualized advice for you. By reading the "Response" to your question or comment, you agree that the opinion expressed is not intended to, nor does it, create any attorney-client relationship, nor does it constitute legal advice to any person reviewing such information, nor will it be considered an attorney-client privileged communication. If you do not agree, then stop right here, and do not read any further.
You should ask your questions to your attorney. It is unethical for any attorney to dicuss the matter with you while represented by counsel.

You will bw violated from PTI whether you win or lose the trial. Jaeger should have told you that.
