murder charge
My friend in St. Pete pled quilty to a first degree murder charge at his
first arraignment. Is he still entitled
to a court appointed attorney to
represent him.

Assuming your friend financially qualifies, he should be appointed a PD shortly. I doubt his guilty plea was accepted by the court at that stage of the prosecution.

I doubt he pled guilty but yes if he qualifies financially.
