Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

if someone murders someone and the police question that person and they admit to it, but also implicate someone else , and the person that's implicated is the only one that gets charged with that crime, what type of constitutional violation is that?

Probably none. There are a variety of legitimate reasons why prosecutors would charge the second person but not the first. Even if their reasons are not legitimate, I see no reason to think the second person would be worse off than if both were prosecuted. Treating him worse might violate his rights, but just treating the other person better would not.
