Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Myhusband was extradited to IN from FL in 1989. He served his prison time in IN and was released totally in 1992. Now we find out there is a nonextradite warrant in FL for failure of probation. How can one serve FL probation while in prison in another state? Can this warrant be voided?

The warrant will not be voided. He is either going to have to come to Florida to deal with it or he may be able to contact an attorney to see if something can be done to dismiss the warrant or the case altogether. You don't say where in Florida but you should contact an attorney located near where the warrant was issued, meaning the same county or adjoining county.
