Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
mypsace
The alleged victim in our case, has a pretty incriminating myspace page. Are there ways to subponea records from myspace, or are there laws for that? My attorney has never dealt with this before?

There are ways to get this information, however, because you are currently represented by a lawyer I cannot ethically give you advice in this manner. If you wish to hire co-counsel you may contact me free of charge at my office. All My Best, Joseph Vredevelt
Re: mypsace
As a prosecutor, I routinely wrote search warrants for the photos, chatlogs, messages, etc., off of Defendant's MySpace accounts. There is a procedure for issuing a subpoena, but that only gets you a limited amount of subscriber information. For the good stuff, you'll need a search warrant.
Have your attorney contact me if he/she needs further information.
Good luck.
