can a native american be put in county lock up or do they get turn over to simenol tribe police station?

they are american citizens, they go to jail like everyone else

If the crime was committed on land other than a reservation, then they would be put in the county lockup. I believe the Seminole tribe in South Florida uses the county lockup to hold their prisoners too.
