Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
im needing advice i guy i know stole a laptop from his job were he help position as a secrurity officer.he called me after stealing the laptop and trying to sell it to me well the kids a computer geek so i tryed to help him out and sell it for him .well the guy i know came by and picked me up and we went to my co- workers house so he could look the laptop.well after my co-worker briefly looked at the laptop he decided he did not want it.i never had psoition of it at all i never had any intentions of makeing any proceeds off it either.well the investigator finds out the guy stole it and the guy that stole it sold it to me which is untrue .the investigator has questioned me a few times and hes never read me my rights not once.i helped out by telling him what happend andthen i got tired of him calling my cell phone trying to meet up with meso i told him i was going to contact an attorney and he told me that would not be a smart idea and for makeing that remark he was going to charge me with dealing in stolen property..so i called the invesigators supioior and the investigator called in from work sick and hes calling and harassing me instead of being home sick..what are my rights as ar as him calling me on his day off..i really thank i need an attorney

Although it's too late, you needed to say at the beginning that you wanted to speak to an attorney. You will probably be charged with the dealing in stolen property charge based on what you wrote her. You are right, you need an attorney immediately! Call one today.
