Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Help ! what can I do about a neighbor who calls police on me just to do it?? 17 years now I just went to court 15 mon ago, she got a temporary injunction for lieing aaaaaaand I won that one. Ok now I have court May 5th for stocking her lol, this time no temporary injunction the judge did not do it this time. I still have to go to court with a lawyer again and this time she has one omg.... It's so unfair that you just have to go to the clerk of court and say any thing you want,i'm 54 years old and have never been in trouble in my life, so scared I have ask the police to stop coming to my door, they said every time she calls we have to come out she worked with cop and thats when the police were always coming to my door.. lots more of this story....

You could hire a civil (not criminal) lawyer and potentially sue her for malicious prosecution. Explain to that lawyer the "more of the story" and they can tell you how good your case may be. Good luck.
