Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
neighbor complaint
is it illegal for me to race my four wheeler on my property? I live in Seminole County, Florida on land zoned agricultural, my nearest neighbor is 100ft from my property line and I am only running my four wheeler from 12:30 to 20:00 hrs

Check with a local lawyer. Depending on what part of Florida you live in, all types of vehicle racing are illegal. In other parts of Florida, street racing is legal, but other types of racing are not. In another part, racing is completely legal, assuming you don't violate speeding laws, etc.
The law is very much in flux right now while the courts are trying to figure it out. Last I checked (a few months ago), the Orange-Seminole area courts hadn't decided.
