Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Neighbor stold my debit card, went every day to take out limit, local bank has him on camera now, my mother went to bank with POA and identified him. He obtained my card out of my parents mail box, card was being mailed to me in boot camp. Can we get this person in trouble for mail theft, once we have him arrested for theft of my debit card and all the money he stold out of my account?
