Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My neighbors are harrassing me and my family. Last year , I found my neighbors son from across the street in my back yard, which is wooded spying on me and with a fire arm in his hand. He has followed me in his vehicle, he has sat in the doorway of his vehicle and watch me put my son on the school bus, he has walked past my house with a fire arm in his hands, to go to another neighbors house to shoot in the back yard. Other neighbors are harrassing us as well, but this one concerns me the most. I'm afraid to walk down the street. We are broke and have no way to move. I dont know what to do. Please help

You can go apply for a repeat violence injunction. You need to name at least two times that your neighbor was violent. Scaring you with a gun is an assault for one. Spying on you could be considered stalking, which is also a violent act as well. It doesn't cost anything but you need to go to the clerk's office to get one.
