Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
my neighbors house got robbed at first I didn't think twice because I didn't do it, but now there accusing me, they say they found a receipt from my job in the house I think they're trying to frame me, I just want to know if that's the only piece of evidence can I get convicted of a crime I didnt do?

People get convicted all the time for things they didn't do. The evidence sounds pretty weak in this case, but it is probably best to get an attorney.
