Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My nephew was released from prison on March1, 2010 and was now arrested on January 29,2010 for Robbery with a firearm(1st degree) and resisting arrest w/o violence. Can you please tell me if he will be convicted under this statue?

He can only be convicted if he is found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt or if he pleas guilty or no contest. Since he is looking at life in prison, it goes without saying that he needs an attorney right away.
