Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
nephew
young man of 18 with no prior contact with the law is being held in jail for theft of a china set that are at least 70 yrs old.there was no witess to the theft.and the dishes have not been found.how log can they hold him in jail with no contact to anyone.

He went before a judge within 24 hours to be informed of the charges. Then he will have an arriagnment. If he doesnt bond out he can be held for several months
