need help
if you nerver got cought with eny illegal drugs can u still b brought up on charges because a snitch said he sold u drugs but the police ditdnt catch u

Sure, but it's pretty rare that the State Attorney's Office would go forward solely on the evidence of a snitch. The charges may get dropped by the prosecutor.

Ordinarily, the crime of possession of a controlled substance must be substantiated by the introduction of the controlled substance at trial. And, although I have never tried a drug case where no drugs or drug paraphernalia were admitted into evidence, there are certain exceptions under the law, though limited, which would allow the State to proceed without presenting actual physical evidence.
