Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
No-billed offense-- what happens to Violation of Probation?
The charge was no-billed, after a VOP, so it could be taken over by Federal. Since the original was no-billed by the state, Federal prosecuted and time is being served. Will the sentence for the VOP be dropped by the state?

If you are saying the State dropped the case so it could be picked up by the State, the State could still proceed with the VOP. If you were already sentenced on the VOP they will not drop it.
