I have a Nolle Pros Comp and i know that they dropped the case but i was wondering if the charges stay on my record?

Yes, the charges will stay on your record unless you have them expunged.

It appears that you completed a pre-trial intervention program, after which the charges were dismissed by the state. Yes, it will appear on your record as a charge which was dismissed. However, if a certain amount of time has passed, you may be eligible to have the case sealed, which would effectively remove the case from your record. Once it has been sealed, you can later expunge it from your record. There is a difference between sealing a case and expunging a case.
