I have a nolle pros comp dvi and wanted to purchase a gun for my business will this affect the purchase and how do i answer the questions being asked.

If the case was nolle prossed, that means the charges were dropped and you have no conviction. Answer the questions truthfully. You should be allowed to purchase the gun.

Don is correct, a Nolle Prosequi (nolle pros) means the charge was dismissed and you have no conviction.
