Re: nolle pros comp

A Nolle Prosequi (Noll Pross) means the State has decided not to pursue charges against you and dropped the case. So you can answer no to a question asking if you were convicted.

However, you need to read the application carefully. Many ask if you have ever been arrested as well, and you might have to answer yes to this if you were arrested.

Re: nolle pros comp

The answer to your question is "no" you have not been convicted. A nolle pros in Florida means the charges were dropped.

If you have no other cases where you were adjudicated guilty you are eligible to have the case expunged.
