Does nolle pros-court opt means i have dont have a conviction?

It means the case was dropped by the state. So yes it means you do not have a conviction. It would still appear on your record unless you have it expunged though.

Nolle prosequi is Latin for not prosecuting. This means the charges have been dropped! There is definitely no conviction if the charges are dropped. If you qualify, you should hire an attorney to expunge this case from your records.
