Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Would a Nolle Prosse from 30 years ago in Florida disqualify one from becoming a probation officer, even if it has been expunged or sealed?

It shouldn't disqualify you, but I believe you still have to disclose the charge, even if you did get it sealed or expunged. Certain fields like law, education, and others require disclosure regardless of the outcome.
