Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
non adjudicated felony
I have a 10 yr old non adjudicated felony crack cocaine charge. I have not been in trouble since and was told I don't have to put this on job applications. I had to leave my job last yr. due to illness and am now finding I can't get even a clerk job. It is showing up on all my background checks. Is there anything I can do to make it go away? Thank you
