Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
In a Non Capital Murder charge doesn't it have to go to a Grand Jury or can they just remand the person to jail on what a DA tells the judge?

Dealing with bail and dealing with a Grand Jury are two distinct matters. However, non-capital cases do not have to go to grand jury anyway.
