There's no way to know how long you may be in jail, but there's a way to ensure that your case is handled diligently. The best way to approach this issue is to retain counsel. Your attorney can ascertain if there's a bond on the warrant, can assist you in setting things in motion to get a bond hearing if there isn't a bond on the warrant and can work with you in expediting the process once you turn yourself in.
Sometimes it is possible for your attorney to try to work on cases without turning yourself in, depending on your situation.
