what are normal sentencing guidelines for deliquency to a minor ? I was 50 he was 17, one month from 18, I was charged with giving him beer and cigarettes, cigarettes were his moms and had bought the beer for me,

I believe that Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor is a misdemeanor in Florida.
But more importantly, to be convicted of the crime, the juvenile must be found to be delinquent first. So get a good attorney.
